Welcome to the Pinto Valley Observatory Website

The Pinto Valley Observatory (PVO) is in the high desert of southern California about 4 hours from LA.  The observatory construction is a collaboration of several avid amateur astronomers.  This site will document the construction of the subsequent activity of the observatory.
